Thank you all so much for your support and service over the last 4 years. As we head into the new year, please familiarize yourselves with my updated policy. As of 1/1/19 the following will be in effect:

PRICING

As of January 1, 2019 there will be a firm change to the original pricing of treats in order to continue to fund my growing business! All pricing listed/given is final. Lower price adjustments will unfortunately not be made. Thank you in advance for understanding!

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Please send a direct email for all private event and custom orders.

Full Payment is due AT the time the order is placed. If payment is not received within 24 hours the initial order will be cancelled. Deposits are available for orders placed 6 months or more in advance with a minimum fee requirement.

SHIPPING

USPS Priority 2 Day Mail

USPS Priority Express Mail (Next day)

Once an item has been shipped and tracking has been provided, I am no longer responsible for the order if the package is stolen, missing etc. However, if you do come across damaged or missing product, please reach out to myself via email.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges. Should you experience an order issue please reach out to myself via email.
